1. Currently working at Max Devaki Devi Hospital New Delhi as a senior consultant interventional Cardiologist and electro physiologist.
2. Fellowship in interventional electro-physiology and devise therapy (nov 2003 to till date) at Southampton university Hospital, Southampton, UK. It is a 1600 bed hospital in uk with high volume cardiology procedure. Good experience in electro physiology procedures, RF ablation, cryo-ablation, cool tip ablation. Good experience in non contact mapping like ESI, NAVEX and CARTO. Good experience in ICD, CRTs and pacemakers implantations and follow-up. Good experience in device/lead extraction using laser/EDS kits.
3. Visiting Electro-physiology fellow (SPR grade) at st. George hospital London, and st. Helier hospital , London (july 2003- nov 2003)
4. Specialist interventional cardiologist at Amrita Institute of Medical science and Research centre, kerala, india from june 1999 to Apr. 2003.. AIMS is an 800 bed tertiary care multi-speciality hospital. It has a busy adult and paediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery program. There are 5000 interventional procedures including 1250 PTCAs and 150 EPS done annually. More than 1000 adult and paediatric cardiac surgeries done yearly.

Clinical and professional Experiences:-
1. Good experience in performing coronary and peripheral angioplasty and angiogram, renal and carotid angioplasty, rotablation, primary PTCAs, IABP use.
2. Alcohol septal ablation in HOCM.
3. Radial artery route antiograms and PTCAs.
4. Balloon valvotomies- BMVs, BAVs and BPVs and coarctation of aorta.
5. Implantation and follow-up of AICD, biventricular pacing, and dual/single chamber PPMs.
Experience in comlex extraction procedure of ICDs and PPMs.
6. Paediatric intervention- Coil closure of PDAs, devise closure of ASDs, and VSDs and cardiac catheterization.
7. Electro physiology- good experience if diagnostic EPS and ablation of arrhythmias. Experienced in RF ablation.
8. Echorardiogram – good experience in performing trans-thoracic and transeosophageal echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms.
9. Clinical cardiology – Experienced in managing seriously ill CCU patients on ventilators and advanced life support, managing outdoor and indoor patients.
