SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY Please note that Just Health delivery commitment is subject to: • Timely payments: A project is not considered to be initiated if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear. • Timely communication from the client: We are not bound to respect our Delivery Policy, if required information is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Just Health. • Completeness of information provided by the client: In case, it is understood that the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, Just Health’ is not bound to maintain its delivery commitments. • Change in scope: Just Health is not bound to accept a change in scope. However, for any change in scope of the project (service and/or product), there will be additional cost and time involved. Therefore the original time commitment or delivery period will stand void and a new time commitment needs to be negotiated. • Though, Just Health takes complete care of on-time delivery, the same may not be possible in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances. We deeply regret for such unexpected delays and we try to help out our client in all possible ways to cope up with the delay. • Just Health will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed with penalty clause for delay in delivery. REFUND POLICY Just Health takes every profile very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the dispute resolution process, we shall consider refund requests as per the company’s discretion. SERVICES DESCRIPTION JustHealth.in provides a platform for Doctors, Hospitals and other Healthcare Service providers to showcase their product/service offering towards the end-users. Our service ranges from Doctor’s Profile, Hospital Profile and other similar profiles for the end users. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In case of any failure on part of Just Health to honor its delivery policy, Just Health’ liability is limited to the value of services and/or products not delivered on the date of escalating the issue to a refund and/or cancellation. CHANGES • Just Health may at any time, without notice to you and at its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of Just Health websites after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof. PRICING Our product follows a value based pricing where we provide customized service to our client. The price of our services starts from as low as Rs 5,000 and is extendable to as high as Rs 5, 00,000.
